William is a Logotherapist, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, Solution-Focused Brief Therapist, and is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

William includes other counseling theories, such as Jungian Depth psychology, Eastern Philosophy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
